The Bahamas

TB1

Hi People!

It is that time of the year, when I desperately needed a beach vacation and I managed to plan a short four-day weekend getaway to a beautiful island of Bahamas. This was solely planned for my husband’s birthday celebration.

The Bahamas is a beautiful small island country consists of more than 700 islands and cays. It has a vast history of it’s own about how British colony invaded it and now, there are various colonies living on the different islands.

I was so tired of New York’s gruesome weather and I needed a break from it. My top priorities for this trip was to rejuvenate, lay by the beach/pool, relax, sip my drinks and enjoy the serene views. The best part was that it turned out be exactly the way I wanted.

Beach essentials: Beach swim wear, cover-ups, sarong, sunglasses, water proof sunscreen, hat, beach towel if not staying at a beach resort, and a beach bag is definitely a must while packing for your beach getaway.

Activities: Swimming, snorkeling, scuba, para sailing, kayaking, water biking, jet ski and if you love water parks then you should definitely spend a day at the Atlantis water park.

So all set? ready to take a plunge and get a tan?

Enjoy the pictures and have a great long weekend!

xx
