New York in fall looks one of the most beautiful places on earth. Fall foliage and colors look like an artistic color palette, which I always wanted to capture. My very talented cousin, Dr. Shantanu Dutt, was traveling from India on work in October. I took the full advantage of this opportunity and asked him to do a photo shoot for the blog. He is a doctor and professional photographer. He has received several awards and his work has been featured in many magazines.
Have you ever heard of a term ‘Big fat indian wedding‘? We indians like to splurge on weddings and festivities, and it’s normally 3-4 days long affair. I always suggest my non-indian friends that if they ever get an invite to an indian wedding, they should definitely go as it could be an opportunity of a lifetime. My India trip this year was solely dedicated to my brother’s roka (engagement ceremony), cousin’s wedding and festivities. It was a beautiful day wedding in November and the weather was amazing. I would love to share all the pictures with you guys, but for now I am just sharing the wedding pictures. Let me introduce you to my family and my extended family members through these pictures. I hope you will enjoy.
P.S: I received some queries regarding my dress, the dress is designed by Anjani by Geetika Singhal. (You can find her on my facebook friends list.)
Paris was one of my dream destinations where I always wanted to go and my first trip happened in the fall of 2013. I loved this city so much that I recently visited it again in September and my obsession is not over yet. In my last post, I pretty much shared everything and suggested the recommended point of interests, restaurants, and tips for a wonderful Paris vacation, so this post has all the interesting pictures I wanted to share with you.
