As someone with back issues, my Samsonite rolling underseater is a godsend. It holds so much more than you would think. I never travel without it.

I have a Samsonite underseater that I use all the time. It doesn’t always fit under the aisle seat though.

I have the wheeled American Tourist-or under seater. I have used it and a Vera Bradley campus backpack for a full week of travel.

I have a Tumi compact four wheeled underseat bag. I just got back from a trip to Paris and London. While I love it, on no flight would it have fit under the seat – I was on British Airways, Virgin, and Air France. You need to consider that if you’re planning on actually using it under the seat rather than stowing up above. I’ve also taken it on Hawaiian and Alaska, same story. Of course, I usually have aisle seats and they tend to have less underseat room. The good thing is because it is compact it requires less overhead bin space. It has a trolly sleeve that adds to the convenience, and it’s so easy to get through the airport wheeling rather than lugging a tote over shoulder.
