I’m a big fan of Blundstones model 063. It has all the great support features of other models but is sleeker in profile and easier to use with dressier/professional wear. I’ve worn them everywhere from hiking in Scotland and to a Broadway play. I’m on my second pair, which I only bought because the dog ate one of the first pair.

My Blondo boots are going on their third year! Love them as they are waterproof, extremely comfortable, and stylish as can be. They still look new!!! I get compliments on them all the time. In fact, I’m waiting for my husband to tell me again this winter, “Those boots look great on you!” BTW, I’m 66 years young and my three nieces love them on me as well!

I’m surprised no one else has mentioned these yet – I just bought the Sorel Harlow waterproof leather boots and took them as my ONLY shoe for a weekend trip to NYC in December. I walked 22 miles on pavement and cobblestones, through slippery subway stations and 2 inch deep puddles. I wore them with jeans, leggings, and even a dress to a Broadway show. They were PERFECT.

Does anyone recommend Taos CRAVE boots? They look great and the reviews on the Taos page indicate they are “perfect,” but do any of you wear them for miles of European/cobblestone walking? Thanks!
